## Description

We are seeking a Regional Distributor Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Regional Distributor Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key distributors in your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

- Secure financial targets (volume and AER)

- Secure numeric and weighted distribution targets

- Execute and follow up on plans and initiatives defined during the Business Plan process

- Maintain healthy stock levels at every wholesaler/distributor

- Facilitate and provide support to direct reports

- Define and follow up on development goals for direct reports

- Develop and perform accurate financial annual plans for strategic and important distributors

- Forecast and follow up on budgets

- Strengthen and develop relationships with key stakeholders

- Take direct actions and develop programs to be top of mind for sales organizations

- Own the monthly agenda to invest time in meetings with customers and field visits

- Deep dive into data to plan and phase Sell In targets by SKU

- Analyze sell-out data to define clear plans and targets aligned with department goals

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in wholesale or retail accounts management

- Strong communication skills

- Strategic and innovative thinking

- Solutions-oriented

- Relationship facilitator

- Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel

- Market trends and consumer data user

- Familiar with financial SAP/BI systems

- Fluent in English

- Ability to travel 60%
