## Description

Syneos Health, a top life sciences services organization, seeks an Info Security Architect to join their team in Belgrade. This hybrid role involves working closely with program and product delivery teams to integrate security by design.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with the segment Business Information Security Leader to provide security expertise to programs and product delivery teams.

- Support security solutions across various security domains, including:

- Understanding business needs and associated threats.

- Publishing security requirements.

- Providing engineering guidance and solution patterns.

- Leading security design reviews.

- Utilize data and telemetry from security tools to reinforce risk awareness with product teams.

- Stay updated on the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape and modern engineering patterns.

- Contribute to Syneos Health's Architecture Review Board and partner with domain security architects.

- Accelerate delivery through the adoption of AI tools.

- Serve as the security escalation point for delivery teams.

**Qualification Requirements**

- **Security Advisory / Product Security**

- 7 years of experience in executing secure-by-design agile processes.

- Proven ability to partner with business segment product teams in a clinical setting.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Experience with AI tools for security-by-design processes.

- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, Hitrust, CSF, Mitre Att&ck.

- **Technical**

- Strong design proficiency in multiple security domains, including:

- Modern cloud security (Azure, GCP, AWS).

- Data protection solutions.

- Software Engineering and API Security.

- Enterprise Identity.

- Securing SaaS applications.

- Mobile Device Security.

- Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly.

- Experience building solution architect and engineering patterns.

- Familiarity with securing AI applications and collaboration tools like Jira.

- **Education**

- College degree or relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering.

- CISSP certification.

- Cloud Certification (Azure, GCP preferred).

- AI certifications.
