## Description

We are seeking a Laboratory Specialist to join our team at our Bilecik Factory.

As a Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and other materials and substances in accordance with test instructions and technical specifications.

- Informing your manager when non-conformities are detected in laboratory analysis results, initiating corrective actions, and following up on the process.

- Controlling the suitability of all parameters affecting product quality.

- Managing customer complaints, performing analysis and controls of non-conforming products, participating in root cause analysis studies, and conducting product, error, and statistical studies.

- Performing statistical analysis and error analysis related to the analysis and controls carried out.

- Ensuring the continuity of the HACCP Food Safety System in the factory and making necessary controls.

- Conducting periodic GMP site inspections, initiating corrective actions for non-conformities detected, and following up.

- Participating in projects related to quality, food safety, and other issues.

We are looking for someone with:

- Associate degree or higher from universities,

- Experience in a similar production environment is preferred,

- Residing in Bilecik.
