## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stevenage Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving growth

**Schedule:**

- Sunday: 12:00-16:00

- Monday: 12:00-16:00

- Tuesday: 12:00-16:00

- Saturday: 12:00-16:00

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
