As a Workplace Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations in Plaid's San Francisco and Seattle offices.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing the office layout, maintenance, and vendors

- Ensuring health, safety, and emergency preparedness

- Leading programming for Food & Beverage, Office Health & Safety, and Employee Experience

- Managing a team of 3 people across SF and SEA

- Partnering with Security, IT, Legal, and People teams to maintain compliance

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of facility operations experience

- 2-3 years of people management experience

- High expertise in workplace operations and employee experience

- Strong communication and customer service skills
