## Description

We are seeking a Targeting Officer to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a Targeting Officer, you will guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrate that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. You will communicate this narrative to a wide audience of stakeholders through written reports and verbal briefings.

Responsibilities:

- Guide and monitor collection operations

- Integrate collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative

- Communicate narrative to stakeholders through written reports and verbal briefings

- Identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address them

- Work collaboratively in a team environment, often under high stress

- Think critically and communicate complex information accurately and clearly

- Draft and disseminate written RFIs

- Deliver concise briefings confidently and clearly

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask

- Ability to work in high-stress environments

- Experience with targeting tools, databases, all-source targeting methodologies, and different intel sources

- Ability to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organisations

- Valid driver's license with real ID

- Bachelor's degree and at least 4-8 years of full-time professional experience

- Master's degree highly desirable with 2-6 years of experience

Note: This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination and a willingness to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
