## Description

We are seeking a Liquidity Risk Reporting – Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to traders, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities.

**Accountabilities**

- Receive, validate, and process orders from traders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to trading guidelines.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve trading platform issues, connectivity problems, and application errors.

- Support traders in monitoring and managing market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

- Manage the bank's trading calendar, ensuring traders are aware of upcoming market events.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential trading opportunities.

- Perform due diligence on counterparties and verify their trading credentials.

**Analyst Expectations**

- Provide specialist advice and support to stakeholders.

- Perform tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard.

- Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Develop awareness of the underlying principles and concepts of the work area.

- Communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers.

- Build relationships with stakeholders to identify and address their needs.

**Requirements**

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Very good Microsoft Excel skills.

- Understanding of Balance Sheet and Finance processes.

- Understanding of Control and Governance frameworks.

- CA/CWA/CS/MBA/Finance/Commerce/Economics background.

**Preferred Skills**

- Experience supporting the rollout of controls frameworks.

- Understanding of Treasury and/or Risk systems in Barclays.

- Reporting work experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
