## Description

We are seeking a senior consultant who specializes in the Financial Services & Insurance domain. As part of our global team, you will be working with cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills while working for some of the leading firms in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes, aligning with both client goals and industry best practices.

- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs influencing decision-making in line with business goals.

- Create target operating models, blueprints, roadmaps, design and implement programmes managing alignment across people, process, technology, and business objectives.

- Implement effective change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies within client organizations.

- Drive PI Planning, big-room planning workshops, sprint planning, work closely with cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.

The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following Strengths:

- Creative with a curious mind, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced planning and organizational skills.

- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex programmes in business and technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or a related field. MBA is preferred.

- At least 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role within management consulting, with substantial experience in the Financial Services & insurance industry.
