- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customers have a memorable time at Telstra

- Achieve and excel, using consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Resilience and positivity, having a can-do attitude even when things get busy

- Customer-facing experience, although previous experience is not required
