## Description

We are seeking a Specialist, Safety to join our team, focusing on various safety concerns such as discrimination, personal safety threats, domestic violence, and more.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent understanding of identifying threatening and harmful circumstances, empathetic communication, and quick decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Complex case management: Provide high-level service to the community, interact with customers through various channels, manage cases end-to-end, and escalate to other teams when necessary.

- Combining efficiency with quality: Handle a high volume of cases without impacting quality, and participate in safety service improvements.

- Stakeholder engagement: Engage with other delivery teams and key functional partners.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, mediation, emergency services, or a similar role.

- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, adapt to new tasks, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
