## Description

We're seeking a Lighting Designer to join our team in Melbourne, working on iconic projects and contributing to the success of our Specialist Lighting group.

As a Lighting Designer, you'll bridge the gap between aesthetic and technical aspects of lighting, creating outcomes that integrate with architecture and engineering services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work on iconic projects within a multi-disciplined engineering team

- Develop and illustrate lighting concepts from initial briefing to completion

- Apply Lighting Design principles to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients

- Prepare fee proposals for small to major-sized projects

- Supervise junior lighting designers and drafters, contributing to their training and development

**About You:**

- Bachelor's to Master's Degree in Engineering

- 5-10 years post-graduate experience in Lighting Design

- Exposure across various local building sectors

- Knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC (BCA) requirements, and client requirements

- Prior experience leading small to medium-scale projects

- Familiarity with BIM software and strong stakeholder engagement skills
