## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, Leicester. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, selling products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools

- Be a team player and flexible worker

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 10:30-14:30

- Monday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
