## Job Overview

We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Arc, a company building 100% electric boats. You'll work on designing and developing electric boats, reporting to the Manager, Mechanical Hardware Engineering.

## Core Responsibilities:

- Manage large and complex CAD assemblies

- Model Class A surfaces and boat interiors

- Own hardware from start to finish, including specifications, design, prototyping, testing, and high-volume manufacturing

- Support industrial design of next-generation products

- Interface with suppliers and contractors

## Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 2+ years of industry experience

- Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter

- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals

## Bonus Qualifications:

- Design for manufacturing experience with soft goods and composites fabrication

- Willingness to provide hands-on support with fabrication and assembly

- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions

- Clear written and verbal communication

- Strong time management skills

- Comfortable working at a fast but sustainable pace

- Enthusiasm for boating and the water
