## Description

SpaceXAI is looking for a Trainer to create and facilitate high-impact learning experiences for fintech products, payment systems, and financial software.

## Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training sessions, including live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and asynchronous e-learning.

- Translate financial regulations into clear training modules to ensure organisational adherence and safety.

- Lead onboarding for new hires, equipping them with technical and soft skills for the fintech landscape.

- Develop and maintain instructional materials, such as user manuals and knowledge base content.

- Assess training effectiveness using data-driven metrics to identify skill gaps and refine programs.

- Design scenario-based training on customer interactions, troubleshooting, and CRM documentation.

## Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

- 3-5+ years of experience in technical training or enablement within a corporate or financial setting.

- Expertise in designing and scaling agent training programs.

- Deep understanding of digital payments, blockchain, credit analysis, or banking software.

- Proficiency in instructional design models and adult learning principles.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems, CRM tools, and content authoring software.

- Strong project and program management capabilities with cross-functional collaboration experience.

- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance training management and operational efficiency.

## Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Ability to collect, analyse, and visualise complex data to inform strategic decisions.

- Proficiency with BI and dashboard tools.

- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and automation platforms.

- Ability to own the end-to-end maintenance of internal and external knowledge bases.

- Certified Professional in Talent Development or similar certification.
