## Description

Mastercard's Launch Program is an 18-month program that provides hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders. As an Associate Analyst, Business Administration, you will work within Mastercard's B2B business, supporting the development and delivery of solutions that help businesses and financial institutions simplify how they make and receive payments.

Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of strategic B2B initiatives by analysing business information, identifying opportunities, and helping translate priorities into actionable plans

- Work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance, and operations to coordinate activities and help deliver key customer and business outcomes

- Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and communicate insights to stakeholders

- Support the development of business cases, presentations, and performance reporting to help inform commercial and strategic decisions

- Assist with the management and execution of customer and internal initiatives, tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

- Help identify and resolve business or operational issues by working with relevant stakeholders and developing practical solutions

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between January 2026 and August 2027

- Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude

- High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership
