## Description

As the Silicon NPI Business Process Manager for Silicon One, you will be the chief operational architect responsible for standardizing and scaling how Cisco brings pioneering networking silicon from tape-out through production ramp.

**Your Impact** You will design, deploy, and govern end-to-end operational processes across prototype lot planning, supplier forecasting, supply commits, and phase-gate readiness. You will establish multi-functional clarity by building, embedding, and actively maintaining RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) frameworks across Silicon Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Prototype & NPI Build Planning & Supplier Forecast Governance**

- Design, implement, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for prototype build planning across all Silicon One programs.

- Establish a unified mechanism for translating engineering build demand into rolling supplier forecasts.

- Build and manage closed-loop supply commit processes with external manufacturing partners and foundries.

- Standardize Clear-to-Build methodologies, risk-buy policies, and prototype lot prioritization frameworks.

- **Multi-functional RACI Architecture & Governance**

- Architect and maintain comprehensive RACI matrices across the entire pre-production lifecycle.

- Establish and govern formal blocking issue paths and decision-making swimlanes for critical NPI inflection points.

- Periodically audit, refresh, and align RACI boundaries as organizational structures evolve.

- **Supply Chain Readiness Phase-Gate Management & SCPM Enablement**

- Define, standardize, and govern phase-gate criteria specific to supply chain readiness for Silicon One products.

- Build standardized toolkits, playbooks, RACI-aligned checklist sign-offs, and templates that enable peer SCPMs to drive operational readiness.

- Partner with Product Management, Silicon Design Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Operations to ensure alignment at each achievement gate.

- **Readiness Metrics, Executive Dashboards & Analytics**

- Design, automate, and publish the official Silicon One NPI Readiness Dashboard suite.

- Establish and track leading and lagging operational benchmarks.

- Synthesize multi-program operational data into executive-level summaries for leadership reviews.

- **Tooling Evolution & Digital Transformation**

- Drive the digitization of NPI planning by evaluating, automating, and integrating workflows within enterprise ERP/APS systems.

- Eliminate manual spreadsheet tracking across SCPM teams by building scalable, automated exception-management mechanisms.

**Meet the Team** You will be working with Silicon One SCPMs, Silicon Engineering & Product Management, Global Sourcing & Supplier Management, Manufacturing & Sustaining Operations, and Executive Leadership.

**Required Qualifications**

- 8–10+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, NPI program management, silicon operations, or manufacturing process engineering.

- Knowledge of the silicon development lifecycle (tape-out, wafer fab, bump, probe/CP, OSAT assembly, ATE final test, board-level EVT/DVT/PVT).

- Experience designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise-wide supply chain operating models, SOPs, and multi-functional RACI frameworks from scratch.

- Data analytics and dashboard modeling experience (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, or Python) with familiarity in ERP/APS platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Master’s degree / MBA or MS in Supply Chain / Engineering.

- Demonstrated experience in high-performance networking ASICs, advanced packaging, or deep sub-micron process nodes.

- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM (CSCP/CPIM), or PMP certification.

- Direct experience establishing governance and RACI structures in matrixed, high-velocity hardware organizations.
