## Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diabetic Specialist Nurse to join our Healthcare Professionals Network for a series of exciting upcoming projects across the UK.

As a Diabetic Specialist Nurse, you will deliver high-quality diabetic care and education to patients in various settings, participate in health initiatives, clinics, and patient engagement programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care, and provide remote consultations and support via digital platforms where required.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be a registered nurse with valid NMC registration, ideally have an up-to-date DBS and be on the update service, have specialist training or experience in diabetes care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and adapt to different environments, willingness to travel for face-to-face appointments, and a full UK driving license and use of a car.
