## Description

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and high-energy Global Payment Operations Lead to revolutionize our Global Accounts Payable landscape.

Based in our bustling Austin, TX hub, this high-visibility role places you at the helm of global cash movement, directly impacting how our financial infrastructure scales with our hyper-growth.

You will act as the ultimate architect for our payment lifecycle,spearheading the deployment of cutting-edge payment systems and pioneering new payment methods across the globe.

This isn't just an operational role; it's a transformative leadership opportunity where you will tackle intricate cross-border banking challenges, navigate complex global payment rejections alongside international banking partners, and serve as a vital strategic partner to Treasury and Supplier Enablement.

**Role Responsibilities**

- Global Payment Execution: Oversee and execute all high-volume weekly and ad hoc corporate payment runs for the Global Accounts Payable department, driving uncompromised accuracy, velocity, and strict compliance with global internal controls.

- Systems & Method Innovation: Spearhead the implementation, testing, and launch of next-generation corporate payment systems and innovative global payment methods to scale financial infrastructure and streamline multi-currency delivery.

- Banking Partner Collaboration: Work closely with our international banking partners to proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve complex payment rejection reasons, structurally eliminating operational bottlenecks and friction.

- Treasury & Liquidity Alignment: Partner intimately with the corporate Treasury team to manage critical daily funding requirements and drive robust quarterly free cash flow forecasts and actuals analyses.

- Master Data Governance: Collaborate dynamically with Supplier Enablement teams to mandate and execute precise updates to vendor banking master data, maximizing straight-through processing rates and preventing transactional risk.

- Technical Optimization: Masterfully leverage and optimize our foundational financial architecture,including Oracle Fusion, Kyriba, and direct bank APIs,to continually automate, refine, and secure our end-to-end payment workflows.

**Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)**

- International Payment Architecture: Vast professional experience executing complex corporate payments internationally across a wide range of global jurisdictions, demonstrating expert command over regional payment rails, payment methods, and rigorous banking detail requirements.

- Advanced Systems Proficiency: Proven, hands-on administrative proficiency with tier-one treasury and ERP solutions, explicitly including Oracle Fusion, Kyriba, and direct bank APIs.

- Professional Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience within an international corporate accounts payable, global treasury operations, or high-capacity transactional finance function.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business, or a closely related academic field.

- Core Capabilities: Exceptional analytical capability, world-class problem-solving skills, and a confident, articulate communication style suited for cross-functional collaboration across all management tiers.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**

- Direct operational experience working within major global payment processing institutions or financial technology giants (e.g., PayPal, Adyen, Stripe, or equivalent platforms) is considered a tremendous advantage.
