## Description

We are seeking an experienced Trial Delivery Manager to lead the Study Management Team and oversee end-to-end clinical trial delivery.

As a Trial Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the Study Management Team and overseeing end-to-end clinical trial delivery, including feasibility, site selection, study start-up, trial execution, database lock, and close-out activities

- Collaborating with CROs, country teams, and global vendors to drive issue resolution and escalation management

- Providing coaching and mentorship to less experienced Trial Delivery Managers

- Assuming additional responsibilities or special initiatives as applicable

Requirements:

- 8 years of clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO

- 3-4 years of global project management experience

- Specific therapeutic area experience

- Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and English communication skills

Deliverables:

- Autonomy in execution of clinical trial management services

- Depth of knowledge with clinical trial management services

- Provide coaching/mentoring to less experienced Trial Delivery Managers, if applicable

- Assume additional responsibilities or special initiatives as applicable

- Lead a team of Trial Delivery Managers across a project/program, on insourced and outsourced studies
