## Description

We are looking for a Lead - Warehouse FnV to join our team at Swiggy Instamart, which is building the convenience grocery segment in India.

As a Lead - Warehouse FnV, you will be responsible for managing warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and reverse logistics.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage warehouse processes, including stock audit and shrinkage reduction

- Oversee manpower management and drive process efficiency on the ground

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive overall operations

- Plan and manage reverse logistics

- Identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis

- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency

- Manage FEFO and FIFO

- Coordinate with the Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations

- Experience in F&V will be an added advantage

- Proficiency in Google Sheets

- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven work environment

- Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night)
