## Description

As a Customer Assistant - Shift Lead at Ashtead Simply Food, you will lead the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade, and take operational responsibility for coordinating resource to Serve, Sell, and Fill.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation

- Leading the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way, and driving productivity in readiness for store opening

- Allocating resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Enabling daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role modelling great Customer Service and M&S behaviours

- Supporting Colleague Managers by sharing observations of colleagues

- Being a key holder and answering call outs as required

- Performing tasks related to opening and closing the building

The role involves working early mornings, and you must be at least 18 years old to apply.

This is a frontline role that requires you to roll up your sleeves and be ready for a challenge.
