## Description

Join NVIDIA as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to Hardware teams. You will have a key role in shaping our diverse and collaborative environment and helping to attract and retain world-class talent.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leaders to support and implement HR strategies that align with NVIDIA's business goals.

- Implement various HR initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.

- Provide outstanding support to managers and employees, ensuring flawless execution of HR processes and policies.

- Partner with the global HR team to drive inclusion and foster an empowering work environment.

- Leverage HR analytics to identify key workforce trends and align talent strategies with business goals.

- Manage employee relations issues confidentially, providing mentorship and solutions that adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a high-tech or global organization.

- 3+ years of experience.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.

- Proactive approach with practical experience using AI tools to enhance HR practices.

- Strong analytical skills with a critical approach to data.

- Proficient in English and Hebrew.
