## Description

The Regulatory & Exam Management ("R&EM") team at Deutsche Bank is responsible for coordinating the bank's relationships with regulators and overseeing external party engagement. As a Regulatory Advisory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving consistent communication to regulators, organizing staff, and standardizing exam management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Schedule meetings on behalf of examiners and regulators

- Track, collect, and submit documentation requests

- Oversee onsite review logistics

- Review and prioritize emails and upload report submissions

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting processes

- Prepare briefing documents

- Track interactions in GFMS

- Provide general administrative support

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or remediation analysis

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
