### Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff People Business Process & Systems Partner to join our Global People Operations team at CoreWeave, a leading cloud computing company for AI and HPC workloads.

### About the Role

As a Staff Business Process & Systems Partner, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes and systems within Global People Operations. This includes owning Workday HCM business process design, configuration requirements, and change management in partnership with HR, IT Systems. You will also be responsible for data integrity, SOX compliance readiness, reporting and analytics, and policy operationalization.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable business processes and systems within Workday HCM

- Ensure data integrity and quality standards for Workday population

- Prepare for SOX compliance audits and maintain control documentation

- Develop proactive and on-demand reporting for leadership

- Configure policy operationalization and benefits administration in Workday

- Identify areas for automation and process redesign

- Define team operating structure and intake processes

- Partner with Director, Global People Operations and Employee Lifecycle Manager on function design and roadmap

### Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS with deep hands-on Workday HCM expertise

- Recognized as a go-to Workday expert with experience in troubleshooting configuration issues and translating operational needs into system requirements

- Experience with SOX or audit-readiness, preferably in a regulated or newly regulated environment

- Demonstrated experience in redesigning end-to-end processes and thinking in systems

- Fluency in data integrity and reporting with experience building analytics that leaders use

- Cross-functional influence without authority, with experience driving initiatives across multiple teams

- High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience mentoring or setting technical standards for more junior People Operations or HRIS team members

- Experience building a function or team from the ground up

- Background in a hypergrowth or AI-native company

- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms

- Active use of AI tools to improve process design, documentation, or reporting speed
