## Description

As a Student Marketeer at Red Bull, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to grow the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand in a premium way

- Build and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at your university

- Create a strong network on and around your campus, establishing relationships with key local individuals

- Identify local collegiate content creators and work with them to bring them into the World of Red Bull

- Grow the user base through product sampling and awareness

- Work at Red Bull events and activations to ensure an unforgettable brand experience

- Build awareness and encourage participation in the World of Red Bull

- Increase brand engagement on social media handles

- Be a Sales Expert: build relationships with local sales account managers, ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull

- Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts

- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards

- Executional Excellence: deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas of your role

- Share ideas and collaborate with your team through regular interactions

- Plan and report activities in the dedicated online platform

- Contribute to business development by providing local insights and trends

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old

- Valid US driver's license

- University or college enrollment required

- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

- Able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

- Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape

- Connected with diverse groups and individuals on campus

- Affinity for project management, sales, and winning

- Team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits
