## Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful results for clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will report into the Visa United Kingdom & Ireland Consulting team to deliver projects for Visa clients in the payment's domain.

Your core responsibility will be to oversee consulting activities, delivering high-quality consultancy engagements in the UK & I Cluster, building and nurturing fruitful business relationships between Visa and its key clients.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Understand clients' business objectives, needs, and plans in collaboration with the Account Management Team

- Identify opportunities and improvements to grow clients' businesses

- Develop and propose project approaches and business solutions to clients

- Lead and manage the delivery of consultancy engagements to clients

- Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes, ensuring high standards of delivery

- Develop thought leadership across various topics, including the future of payments and the UK & I banking ecosystem

- Leverage Visa's innovation, product, and data capabilities to grow clients' businesses

- Build and retain Visa Consulting relationships with key clients

- Support Visa Consulting and Analytics practice development by developing skills, tools, and innovative methodologies

We require at least 3 days in the office, with expectations confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

You will need:

- Significant experience in retail banking, payment card industry, or merchant retail business

- 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, with proven project deliveries and expertise in consulting methodologies

- Project experience in a digital and technology-driven environment

- High intellectual capability, evidenced by strong analytical skills

- Comprehensive knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools

- Excellent client relationship management skills

- Strong sales orientation and experience selling major projects to senior management

- Excellent spoken and written command of English

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Strong business acumen and business analysis skills

- High levels of integrity and business ethics

- Willingness to travel and maintain professional development
