## Description

As a Werkvoorbereider atHome, you ensure that our technicians are well-prepared and equipped to handle customer repairs.

You are the central point of contact between customers and technicians, responsible for planning technician visits across different regions in the Netherlands.

Your tasks include:

- Preparing technicians for their visits with the right information and parts

- Processing repair requests accurately and efficiently

- Collaborating with the Trainer and Operations Manager to improve processes based on feedback

- Providing excellent customer service
