## Description

We are seeking a Director of Creator Acquisition to lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform, ShopYourLikes. As a market-facing builder, you will identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build a pipeline of high-value creators

- Develop compelling offers to win their business

- Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings

- Directly recruit creators and build relationships across the industry

- Develop the strategy, infrastructure, and team needed to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce

- Proven sales and business development instincts

- Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators

- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models

- Deep understanding of the creator landscape

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline

- Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership

**OTE Pay Range:** $150,000 - $200,000 USD
