Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll work nights, specifically Sunday 21:00-07:00, Monday 21:00-07:00, and Saturday 21:00-07:00, with a £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. As a Customer Assistant, you will provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilizing digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices

- Working across various areas of the store and adapting to changing demands

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
