## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Specialist to join our team.

As a Clinical Trial Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements for company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements with clinical trial sites or via oversight of a Clinical Research Organization

- Reviewing and analyzing contractual terms and conditions with global teams

- Assessing legal and budget risks in conjunction with team support functions

- Providing support for negotiations in confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms, and other ancillary contract documents

- Participating in discussions related to the development of site/investigator budgets aligned with fair market value

- Managing the contract amendment lifecycle

- Working with the global CCS team to review and analyze contractual terms to reach resolution

- Proactively providing recommendations to improve processes and establish refinements that reduce cycle time, create savings, and improve efficiency in the initiation of clinical trial sites

- Assuming responsibility for all aspects of legal document and metrics tracking

- Providing support to review, authorize, and understand aspects of site payments
