## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working early mornings, Thursday to Saturday, 04:00-08:00.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who’s ready to raise the bar by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace

- Utilize our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and our in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment

- Work across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, temporary role for Christmas only, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

You should be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.
