As a Project Supervisor, Bioanalysis, you will be responsible for coordinating the range of activities related to the bioanalytical portion of projects to meet internal and external client expectations, and for mobilising and guiding team members.

**Responsibilities**

- Plan, organise, manage, and monitor activities/operations within the unit according to expertise, work plans, and division/organisation needs to achieve expected results.

- Prepare, revise, and/or approve project-related documents.

- Manage resources allocated to projects to ensure client deadlines are met.

- Provide technical expertise to laboratory personnel.

- Interact daily with the technical/scientific team and management to establish priorities.

- Communicate necessary information to keep the team and organisation informed about the team's work plan, projects, processes, results, measures taken, and recommendations made.

- Inform internal/external clients about the division's areas of expertise, assessing needs and performing analyses and follow-ups.

- Represent the unit internally and externally for consultation, information, and references.

- Ensure team members have access to training.

- Contribute to developing the unit's budget and ensuring it is respected.

- Participate in developing and analysing performance indicators for the unit.

- Identify opportunities for improving the work plan and service processes.

- Determine measures needed to improve efficiency.

- Perform activities in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.

**Qualification Requirements**

- College diploma in sciences.

- English proficiency: bilingualism required, including oral and written communication on often technical subjects, and writing technical procedures and reports.
