## Description

The Client Engagement Team at S&P Global's Enterprise Solutions division is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to foster meaningful relationships with clients, drive adoption and retention of products, and ensure clients achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Own highly strategic client relationships across the Private Markets business while driving adoption and retention.

- Lead internal product roadmap feedback discussions based on client feedback and industry trends.

- Drive the usage of new product features and initiatives to clients to expand product usage.

- Provide transparency to internal stakeholders regarding issues, risks, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales to schedule client meetings and demos.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

- 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles.

- Private Markets and Fintech industry knowledge is highly preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple senior-level client relationships at one time.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and motivation to learn new applications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.

- Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.
