## Compensation

The base salary for this role is $100K – $150K, with equity and bonus offerings. Benefits vary by country and employment type, with US-based employees eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits.

## How you'll make impact

As a Senior Associate, Growth Strategy & Operations (Experiments/Campaigns), you'll build and run the experimentation engine behind Airwallex's global growth. This involves:

- Owning the end-to-end execution of growth experiments and campaigns

- Managing the experimentation backlog, campaign calendar, and measurement approach

- Identifying gaps in tooling and process, and codifying repeatable work into scalable systems

- Partnering with FP&A on forecasting and budget tracking

## What we're looking for

**Essentials**

- 2+ years of experience in growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience designing or coordinating experiments, with familiarity with A/B testing methodology

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to execute in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities

**Preferred**

- Understanding of holdouts, statistical power and significance, and fluency in SQL and/or analytics tools

- Experience building and QA'ing campaigns across lifecycle, martech, and CDP tooling

- Partnership with Engineering and Data teams to deploy experiments at scale

- Prioritization of high-impact opportunities and defensible decisions with evidence

- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or another high-growth technology company
