## Description

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a Hotline/Trainer/Field Engineer to join the Aftersales team in Szentendre.

## Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver technical trainings to technicians using materials from FCSD-E TSO and TTT seminars.

- Organize and execute trainings, monitor dealer participation, and gather feedback.

- Ensure the Technical Training Centre is ready for planned trainings.

- Develop and implement training curriculums to maintain high repair and maintenance standards.

- Record activities in STARS.

- Provide technical guidance to dealers on reported issues.

- Collaborate with FCSD-E Technical Hotline and other teams.

- Visit dealers to collect information on technical issues.

- Share information with TSO and relevant departments.

## Qualifications

- Technical University or College Degree.

- Native Hungarian speaker.

- Good English skills.

- Strong technical background, preferably in automotive.

- PC skills and driving license.
