We offer a salary range of 50,000 - 65,000€. As an Investment Consultant within our Private Bank division at the Lecco branch, you will manage and develop a portfolio of clients, providing personalized investment advice, protection, and banking solutions tailored to their profile and needs.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow your assigned portfolio, implementing defined commercial initiatives and ensuring continuity in client relationships.

- Analyze client needs and provide personalized advice on bank products and services.

- Expand your portfolio by acquiring new clients and identifying commercial opportunities in line with market potential and your reference territory.

- Contribute to achieving revenue, economic, and capital targets assigned to your managed portfolio.

- Ensure a high level of service, complying with current regulations and operational and administrative requirements.

Required Skills:

- Experience in financial consulting and managing and developing client portfolios.

- Knowledge of financial markets and investment, financing, and protection products.

- In-depth knowledge of your reference territory, its economic fabric, and local dynamics, enabling you to identify commercial opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

- Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized advice on relevant products.

- Commercial development, results-oriented, and client loyalty mindset.

- Proven experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and solve business challenges while ensuring responsible and ethical data usage.
