### Role Description

This role is part of the SEO & GEO team within the Digital Acquisition & Growth Marketing team at Capgemini. The successful candidate will focus on developing and implementing GEO (generative engine optimization) and SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to increase Farmers.com visibility across LLM/AI search engines such as Google AIO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.

### Responsibilities

- Develop and implement GEO and SEO strategies to improve Farmers.com visibility across LLM/AI search engines

- Conduct onsite and offsite improvements, including obtaining external citations

- Perform outreach efforts to relevant sites and articulate goals and asks for each project

- Execute action plans on deadline, connect with other teams to complete projects, report on project status, benchmark, and report building

- Work on complex projects and execute results-oriented solutions for organic and AI search

- Act as a project lead on one or more moderately complex to complex projects, or lead one or more aspect of complex projects

- Develop project plans, schedules, and measure project success

### Requirements

- English Proficiency: Fluent

- Other Critical Skills: Search Engine Optimization, GEO - Advanced, Digital PR - Intermediate

- Software/Tool Skills: Brightedge, Semrush, Ahrefs, seoClarity, Google Lighthouse
