## Description

Zscaler, a pioneer in security transformation in the AI era, is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to join its team in Escazu, Costa Rica. This role reports to the Director of Professional Services AMS in the Professional Services department.

The Manager will lead the delivery and post-sales deployment programs for clients, overseeing a high-performing team of technical consultants and project managers. The goal is to ensure customer-centric excellence while driving efficiency, scalability, and profitability of cloud security solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing a technical team of consultants and project managers for Zscaler solution deployments and support in the AMS Central Region

- Managing team hiring, onboarding, development, and performance to ensure high-quality delivery

- Building cross-functional relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support for successful deployments

- Participating in long-term planning and strategic decision-making with global partners

- Driving operational excellence through process improvement, tooling, and effective KPI management

Minimum qualifications include:

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies

- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS

- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment

- Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders

- Technical expertise in network technologies, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI tools and automation, familiarity with Zscaler technology or cloud security frameworks, and relevant industry certifications.
