## Description

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to key accounts, medical professionals in the private sector, hospitals, and institutional accounts.

**Job Purpose** As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to key accounts, medical professionals in the private sector, hospitals, and institutional accounts.

**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**

- Perform calls on assigned customers at a specified frequency and ensure achievement of sales volume.

- Conduct needs analysis, develop, negotiate, sell, install or deliver, and provide post-sales services to assigned customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with allocated customers, potential new accounts, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

- Monitor customer stocks and purchases and negotiate orders to maximize sales potential.

- Keep customers and KOLs informed about new products or services, pricing changes, etc.

- Maintain records and reports on all activities.

- Provide input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.

- Seek out competitor information and communicate to your manager, proposing counter-strategies and action plans.

- Work closely with the Product Manager to make proposals on initiatives to support business growth.

- Organize and implement territory promotion activities (e.g., RTD, patient screening, etc.).

- Comply with Sanofi's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy.

**Job Knowledge/Skills/Attitudes**

- University graduate, preferably with a degree in science.

- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, with sales experience in the private sector.

- Strong analytical and planning capabilities.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Positive working attitude with passion.

- Good command of oral and written English.
