## Description

We are seeking a Multi-Site Business Manager to lead our counters in Peterborough, Bury St Edmonds, and Lincoln. As a Multi-Site Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, exceeding KPI's, and inspiring your team to deliver and be the best they can be.

Key Accountabilities:

- Report to the Area Manager and drive the Charlotte Tilbury brand experience

- Be a customer experience pioneer, creating genuine emotional connections with customers

- Coach and mentor your team to be the best they can be

- Collaborate and innovate cross-functionally in retail and head office

Requirements:

- Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above

- Track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- True leader who believes in empowering their team

- Highly organised and a problem solver who can think on their feet
