## Description

We are seeking a tax lawyer to join our team in Munich. As a strategic partner at the intersection of business, finance, and regulation, we offer a unique foundation for a forward-thinking legal career.

Our tax team is looking for someone who is eager to work with our global colleagues across all areas of law to drive transactions, restructuring, and tax proceedings for our clients worldwide. Our goal is to develop and implement effective proposals and solutions for our clients' economic objectives in an increasingly complex tax environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with global colleagues to advise on tax transactions, restructuring, and disputes

- Develop and implement effective tax solutions for clients

- Work seamlessly across practice groups, borders, and time zones

Requirements:

- Two satisfactory legal state exams

- Passion for tax law and a commercial understanding

- Ideally, one to two years of experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, and tax disputes

- Excellent English skills

- Solution-oriented thinking and teamwork

- A PhD or LLM degree is not required but is considered a valuable additional qualification
