## Description

Ajax Systems, a leading European technology company and manufacturer of security systems, is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join its testing team. The QA team ensures the quality and stability of Ajax products throughout all stages, from development to mass production.

The company develops wireless security systems and software, including mobile applications for Android and iOS, and desktop applications for Windows and MacOS. These applications enable users to connect and configure their systems, manage system status, and offer additional features for security and monitoring companies.

Responsibilities:

- Test new and existing functionality of mobile and desktop applications

- Work with application logs

- Conduct regression runs

- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, traceability matrix, and test plans

- Analyze business requirements in technical specifications and design

- Work with custom QA tools, such as mock servers and emulators

- Analyze automated test results

- Participate in planning and task estimation

- Collaborate with developers, automation engineers, project managers, business analysts, designers, and QA teams for other platforms

Requirements:

- 1+ year of manual testing experience for mobile applications

- Excellent knowledge of testing theory

- Ability to apply test design techniques

- Knowledge of SDLC

- Experience working with business requirements and technical specifications

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Testrail (or alternative)

- Experience with application logs

- Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, PyCharm

- Basic understanding of client-server architecture

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to identify defects and causal relationships

- High level of self-organization

Preferred skills:

- Experience with REST API or gRPC

- Experience with mock servers

- Experience with automated tests
