## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at St Mark's Care Home in Maidenhead. As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.

You will create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintain clear and accurate medication records, and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained. You will also provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing and assisting with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home

- Creating and updating individual care plans for residents

- Maintaining clear and accurate medication records

- Ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained

- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team

- Building lasting relationships with residents and their families

- Fostering a sense of community within the home

- Liaising with local partners to raise the care home's profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct

- Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families

- Effective time management and prioritization skills
