## Description

We are seeking a Kierownik / Kierowniczka Laboratorium Kontroli Jakości to join our team in Gliwice, Poland.

As a Kierownik / Kierowniczka Laboratorium Kontroli Jakości, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of quality control workers in a chemical laboratory

- Performing laboratory analyses of lubricants and quality control

- Evaluating and interpreting test results

- Actively participating in international expert groups

- Collaborating with the Production Department on technological solutions

- Maintaining documentation and actively participating in quality audits

- Using laboratory equipment and applying chemical reagents

- Preparing and presenting substantive presentations to clients

Requirements:

- Higher education in chemistry

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a chemical laboratory

- Experience in team management

- Problem-solving and risk management skills

- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, IATF)

- Good command of English, allowing for free communication (also in technical matters)

- Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and high personal culture

- Independence in action, commitment, and reliability in performing assigned tasks

- Familiarity with main tools of the management system, such as Processes, Control Plan, APQP, FMEA, MSA, 8D, CSR
