## Description

Join the Analytical Development Team as a Failure Analysis Technician. You will work closely with Engineering partners to evaluate components and materials, characterise material properties, and identify probable causes of failure. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality data and detailed reports

- Ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices

- Managing priorities and workload

- Performing method development and documenting operating procedures

- Supporting quality systems through proper technique and gauge studies

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of demonstrated Analytical or R&D lab technician experience

- AA/AS degree in chemistry, metals, materials, physics, computers, electronics or similar technology

- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment with continuous change and urgent timelines

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with technician teammates and engineering business partners

- Ability to learn and operate advanced instruments in a non-routine fashion

This is a standard dayshift role with occasional overtime opportunities. The pay range for this position is $29 to $43 USD per hour.
