## Description

We are seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our online picking and delivery team in-store. As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will plan and deliver an excellent online service, engage and coach a large team of shoppers and drivers, collaborate with other managers, and manage performance and capability.

The ideal candidate will have previous line management experience in a fast-paced environment, provide brilliant customer service, and deliver KPIs. You will be able to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and lead operations.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team

- Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team

- Collaborate with other managers to ensure the success of the shopping experience

- Manage performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

Requirements:

- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs

- Experience of managing employee relations issues
