## Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients. The Nordics and Baltics (N&B) Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for issuers, acquirers, ecosystem entities and merchants in the region.

As a Strategy Consulting Manager based in Stockholm, you will contribute to the development and implementation of high-impact projects for clients in the N&B region. You will collaborate closely with clients across various regions to deliver effective solutions, focusing on initiating strategies that promote sustainable and profitable growth.

Typical projects may include:

- Supporting card issuers in expanding their presence and increasing market share in the consumer segment

- Developing go-to-market strategies for global merchants

- Helping credit card issuers leverage emerging technologies to acquire high-value customers

- Enabling retailers to deepen market and customer insights and drive incremental sales

- Optimizing revenue streams within financial institutions’ payments businesses

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying new opportunities with large banks, financial institutions, merchants, and other ecosystem players

- Developing solutions and actionable insights to support client portfolio growth

- Leading strategically important consulting engagements for key clients, delivering high-impact outcomes

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to deliver comprehensive solutions

- Engaging proactively with VCA leadership in strategic planning discussions and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities with financial institutions

- Delivering insights, analyses, and recommendations that enhance client performance, accelerate growth, and provide clear strategic direction

Visa requires at least 3 days in office.

**Qualifications**

- Prior experience in management consulting or a similar role within banks or financial institutions

- Problem-solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style

- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently and work independently

- Deep experience and a track record of high performance in large consulting firms or corporate strategy

- Competence in using financial indicators to assess business performance, focusing heavily on return on investment

- Ability to draw meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data

- Proficient in data-driven storytelling with effective data visualization
