## Description

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth execution of our end-to-end order fulfillment process for our enterprise customers.

You will work in a global environment at the heart of our operations, playing a critical role between Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance organizations. Your main tasks will include:

- Managing purchase orders and order fulfillment for customers in North America

- Coordinating the execution of orders, including shipping and deliveries

- Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, shipping, and invoicing

- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and logistics partners

- Identifying process development needs and proposing improvements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or related roles in global logistics

- Experience in global logistics, specifically with large carriers, is a plus

- Experience working in ERP, specifically with NetSuite, is a plus

- Proven capability to work independently and as part of a group

- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience
