Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working through the night, and this role involves being resilient and committed to delivering five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Digital confidence

- Team player

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store

Working Hours:

- Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (20:00-05:00)

- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday (20:00-05:00)

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
