Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as an IT Lead, spearheading the Mulesoft team.

**Job Responsibilities:** Razer is seeking an energetic and motivated IT Lead to manage the technical delivery of middleware solutions using Anypoint platform, Anypoint Studio, Data weave, Java, and other technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage project implementation, change management, and service desk functions

- Lead the Mulesoft team, allocating resources effectively to ensure successful project execution

- Serve as an API and integration evangelist, guiding teams towards business outcomes using MuleSoft technology

- Provide architecture, analysis, build, and testing guidance for MuleSoft integrations and implementations

- Develop APIs on Mulesoft platform and business process orchestrations using Mule ESB

- Conduct in-depth code reviews to ensure best practices are followed

- Manage SLAs and deliverables for multiple projects, system changes, and upgrades

- Oversee the entire SDLC process and ensure accurate and complete documentation

- Engage with vendors, respond to quotations and contracts, and perform budgeting and costing exercises

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent

- 5+ years of lead/architect experience in integration/middleware solutions, with 3+ years of Mulesoft development experience

- Experience with MuleSoft 3.x, 4.x, and Anypoint Studio

- Proficiency in designing complex Mule flows with connectors, components, filters, transformers, and routers

- Experience with built tools like Maven, Bitbucket, and CI tools like Jenkins

- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, including application, data, and security

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment

- Ability to lead teams and deliver working solutions on tight schedules

- Strong project management and planning skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with AWS, Azure is an added advantage

- MuleSoft certification is a plus
